All the orders are invoiced at the prices in force when we receive the order, and will be filled by rounding the quantities per item according to the packages indicated in the catalogue.

Shipment: by courier to destination indicated in order (unless agreed otherwise). Goods travel at buyer’s risk.
The consignee is responsible for verifying the quality and quantity of the goods and the number of packages upon arrival of the same (the Travel Document applies).
The thickness of our products is subject to the following manufacturing tolerances according to the German GKV e.V.: +/- 15 %. In case of tampering, discordance in number of packages or evident breakages, the receiver shall note on the travel document his/her reserve as fully, accurately and completely as possible and communicate the annotations in writing to both the carrier and the sender. No returns are accepted unless previously agreed.
Payments: invoices shall be paid in the manners agreed upon and indicated on the same invoice. In case of late payment, the trade interests provided by the law will be applied, calculated from the date of payment due.
No discounts or price roundings will be accepted on the invoiced amount. Any and all disputes will be the exclusive competence of the Pordenone Court of Law. All the orders imply the acceptance without reserve of our general terms of sale; any terms and conditions not contemplated or in conflict are intended as accepted only if confirmed in writing.
We reserve the right to modify our terms without advance notice.
